Our Services

Discover tailored therapy solutions designed to support your mental well-being, enhance emotional resilience, and foster personal growth for a balanced and fulfilling life.

At Blossom Psychology Clinic, our aim is to work collaboratively with each individual to achieve best outcome as each individual respond differently to treatment and therapeutic styles depending on their needs, whether it is specific or complex. We are able to provide both short- term and long-term therapy that is tailored to each individual’s own needs.

We offer different modalities of therapy and assessments depending on the individual’s need. At your initial consultation, a thorough assessment will be undertaken to allow the development of a tailored treatment plan. These sessions are usually 50 mins in length. Treatment options will be discussed with each individual during the initial consultation and these will form the basis for subsequent sessions.

You do not need to have a major mental illness to receive and benefit from psychological treatment. At BPC, our treatment services are also aimed at early intervention and prevention which means we can assist with anything from acute stress through to parenting support to adjustment difficulties.

provisional Psychologist

My name is Tavleen, and I am a Provisional Psychologist currently completing my Master of Clinical Psychology.

I have had the privilege of working across a range of settings, including schools, community clinics, hospitals, and private practice, supporting individuals across the lifespan.

Before beginning my journey in Australia, I worked as a fully registered psychologist in India within a hospital-based neuropsychiatry and substance use setting, where I provided assessment, therapeutic intervention, and risk management support to individuals and families. This experience strengthened my understanding of complex mental health presentations and deepened my appreciation for culturally responsive and holistic care.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges, as well as providing psychoeducation and guidance to families and caregivers. My diverse background allows me to adapt interventions to meet each person’s unique goals and circumstances with sensitivity and compassion.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. My practice is grounded in a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based framework, where each person’s lived experience and neurodiversity are valued and respected.

I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to work towards meaningful change in their lives.
